New beginnings

Two eggs in my shirt pocket on the way from the coop-my breakfast! 30 eggs already gathered during the week just sitting on the kitchen counter-breakfast for others! For now, I am starting out small. My farm population is five & one is a rooster, but my 4 girls are great layers, especially Sophie, my Welsummer, who lays the freckled eggs! She inspired me to create this blog spot! For now, we can provide breakfast for two families, including eggs, bacon, jelly & wheat bread. Delivery will begin tomorrow! We hope to add to the population soon & to grow veggies & flowers in the Spring to include in our deliveries! We hope to bless & inspire here at The Freckled Egg Farm!
